Post-Wildfire Flood Outreach and Education Webinar Series

The California Silver Jackets Team is hosting four Watershed University webinars focusing on post-wildfire flood outreach and education, as they relate to the four stages of the flood risk management life cycle: preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation. These webinars were created and will be hosted by the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the DWR.
The first webinar, “Preparation and Risk Messaging”, will show participants how to better communicate risks. They’ll also discuss bilingual risk messaging, showcase some templates, and have an opportunity for open discussion and questions. This webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 25th, from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. If you have any questions, please contact the Team via email at Watershed.University@water.ca.gov.
